Delete Account Directly in QikTap App

Instant deletion inside mobile app

Step 1: Open the QikTap App on your Android or iOS device and ensure you are logged in.
Step 2: Go to the Profile / Account Settings tab from the main menu.
Step 3: Scroll down to the bottom of your profile options and tap "Delete Account" / "Remove Account".
Step 4: Confirm your password/OTP and tap "Confirm Deletion". Your account will be permanently deleted immediately.

Data Retained vs Data Deleted

In compliance with Google Play Store policies and applicable data protection regulations:

Profile information (Name, Email, Phone number)
Saved Delivery Addresses
Saved Payment Methods & Cart items
Loyalty Points & Wallet balance
Push Notification Tokens

📋 Temporarily Retained Data

Past Order & Financial Invoices (Retained for up to 90 days for statutory tax & accounting compliance)
Completed dispute logs (if applicable)
