2 Information We Collect

👤 Personal Identity Data

Full name, email address, phone number, delivery address, profile picture, and account credentials provided during registration or checkout.

📍 Precise Location Data (GPS)

We collect foreground and background GPS location data to show nearby stores, compute delivery distance/charges, and provide real-time order tracking. For Delivery Partners, location data is collected in the background to assign nearby orders and enable live customer tracking.

💳 Transactional & Payment Info

Order history, items purchased, invoice totals, refund requests, and payment reference IDs. All sensitive payment details are securely processed directly by PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways (e.g. Razorpay, Paytm, Stripe).

📱 Device & Camera Permissions

Device model, OS version, IP address, Firebase FCM tokens for push notifications, and camera/gallery access to capture prescription photos, delivery proofs, or store profile images.

Your data is strictly utilized for operational, security, and customer service purposes:

4 Third-Party Services & Data Sharing

We do NOT sell or rent your personal information to third parties. We share data only with verified technology infrastructure providers essential for app operations:

Google Maps Platform: For map rendering, address geocoding, and route calculation.

Google Firebase: For user authentication, cloud messaging (FCM), and crash analytics.

Payment Gateways: Encrypted payment tokenization (Razorpay, Paytm, Stripe, etc.).
